I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker & Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor, with over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I received my Level I & Level II EMDR trauma treatment training through the EMDR Institute & have been practicing EMDR since 2012. I am a member of the professional association EMDR Therapists of Greater Kansas City. I am trained in Brainspotting as additional treatments for complex trauma-related issues. I have completed Levels 1 & 2 trainings in Gottman Method Couples Therapy & utilize this method in my practice. My therapy practice, Dahlia Trauma & Wellness Center, focuses on treating individuals and couples with complex trauma-related stressors/PTSD, Narcissistic and Borderline Personality Disorders, narcissistic injury, depression, anxiety, addiction, and attachment issues. I also provide LSCSW clinical supervision & clinical consultation. I believe in providing therapy designed to enhance your quality of life.
